Wellness/health coaching is all about you living the best life possible for you. We all have had to struggle, manage, and cope with life’s transitions and the changes it brings. Some may be much more challenging than others, yet we must find a way to move forward, make improvements, and find a sense of peace and balance within ourselves to live the life we hope for.
When I work with someone in coaching, my role is to assist you with the creation of your life’s vision. Your hands are on the steering wheel, you are in charge of your life. There is no need to be frightened. I will be beside you throughout the journey. Together, we will clearly establish what your present health & well -being looks like and feels like for you right now. By using evidence based coaching tools, we will co-create a plan that will move you toward your desired vision and lifestyle.
Once we have this plan, I will help you strategize the paths to take that will reduce and eliminate the barriers that you fear making your life’s desires difficult to attain. You will learn with my help to be accountable to yourself by following steps that need to be taken on a regular basis to achieve your plan.
Together we’ll design and develop the sources of support that will make your changes last and sustainable. We’ll evaluate, monitor, and adjust our progress along the way as we need to.
My goal is to assist you in becoming self-sufficient in your wellness, to be able to life a healthy, happy, fulfilling, meaningful life in a completely sustainable way.
