Do you ever find yourself feeling so stuck in a negative space that rising up to a better place seems beyond difficult? Of course you have, all of us have. So how do we remove ourselves from this place?
We all have this gift of feeding ourselves with negative thoughts. Not only do we give them a space in our belief system, we give them power. We give them power to eventually dictate our thoughts. Patterns of behavior stem from habits. It’s the habit of negativity that we have become comfortable with that create our pattern for living.
How many times have you looked at someone else’s life and thought to yourself, WOW they have money, they always look happy, they have a great job, they have love, and I have none of these things.
You can achieve your desires by transforming your habits, your thought patterns, and eventually your life. Because you have failed once, twice, or more does not mean you are a failure. It means that you have tried things that weren’t the right fit. You learned what didn’t work for you and that’s a fabulous lesson to learn.
Develop resilience by failing and failing and failing again by trying new things, meeting new people, going to new places. This is the beginning of changing your thought patterns. This is the only way of leaving the cycle of negativity.
Envision the life you want, imagine yourself there- how great does it feel? Pretty great! Think great thoughts, big thoughts every day. When your negative place stirs just say no not today. Today I will carry the strength of happy thoughts of my vision for how I want my life to look and feel. Carry it with you-on your face, in your stance, and smile upon the world. Everyday look in the mirror and tell yourself that you are beautiful, strong, smart, sexy. Be the rose that opens when the sun shines on it.
